METHYL GALLATE

Methyl Gallate is a phenolic antioxidant with anticancer and anti-inflammatory activities. It protects a diversity of cells including liver cells, kidney cells, heart cells, neuronal cells, and fat cells from oxidative stress induced by chemicals such as hydrogen peroxide.
